2020 April Forum: The Dream in Action: What Does Justice Look Like?

The MLK Coalition has initiated a biennial forum addressing the work of ending racial prejudice and systemic racism. The forum is typically held in April, in commemoration of Dr. King’s death. The first forum was held in 2018, focusing on the 50th anniversary of Dr. King’s assassination. Inspiring speakers and compelling discussion by participants offered new insights into the ways that systemic racism effects our daily lives.

The 2020 Forum, to be held April 4, 2020, is in the planning stages. Partner organizations and individuals are welcome to be part of the team. With the date of the forum falling on the anniversary of his death, a brief ritual will honor the hour at which Dr. King died.
